Chocolate Nectarine Oatmeal Pancakes with Peanut Butter

Satisfy those breakfast food cravings all day long with these easy chocolate nectarine oatmeal pancakes and peanut butter.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oat
  • 1 cup oat milk
  • 2 tablespoons raw cacao powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 2 nectarines, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons melted peanut butter, for serving

Method

  1. Place oats in a food processor and pulse until ground to a flour consistency. In a mixing bowl combine oat flour, milk, cacao, baking soda and apple cider vinegar. Stir in nectarines.
  2. Pour about 2 tablespoons of batter per pancake onto preheated lightly greased pan. Cook 1 to 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown. Serve with melted peanut butter and fresh berries or any desired toppings. Enjoy!
