Coconut Matcha Vegan Porridge

Start your day right and bright with this easy, quick and healthy coconut matcha vegan porridge. The porridge is perfectly creamy and so comforting which makes it a great breakfast recipe.

  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • 250 ml water
  • 100 g rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
  • 1 tablespoon matcha powder
  • toppings of your choice, for serving


  1. In a sauce pan combine coconut milk and water together, bring to a boil. Add in oats, vanilla and matcha powder. Simmer for 5 minutes, then take away from the heat, cover with a lid and let it sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Serve porridge warm with the favourite toppings of your choice. Enjoy!
