Ingredients
400 ml almond milk
250 ml water
100 grams porridge oats
1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 tablespoon smooth peanut butter, for serving
fresh fruit and berries of your choice, for serving
Method
In a sauce pan combine almond milk and water together, bring to a boil. Add in oats, vanilla and cinnamon. Simmer for 5 minutes, then take away from the heat, cover with a lid and let it sit for 10 minutes.
Serve porridge warm, with peanut butter and topped with fresh fruit and berries. Enjoy!
