Creamy Almond Milk Porridge

One bowl of this creamy almond porridge in the morning will keep you full for hours. The healthiest breakfast ever.

Ingredients

  • 400 ml almond milk
  • 250 ml water
  • 100 grams porridge oats
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon smooth peanut butter, for serving
  • fresh fruit and berries of your choice, for serving

Method

  1. In a sauce pan combine almond milk and water together, bring to a boil. Add in oats, vanilla and cinnamon. Simmer for 5 minutes, then take away from the heat, cover with a lid and let it sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Serve porridge warm, with peanut butter and topped with fresh fruit and berries. Enjoy!
