Try this recipe for homemade coconut yogurt. It`s dairy-free with sweet natural flavour and so easy to make.

1 can coconut milk
2 probiotic capsules
2 teaspoons corn starch
2 tablespoons maple syrup or to taste
In a small mixing bowl combine 2 tablespoons of coconut milk and corn starch until well combined. In a sauce pan heat the rest of the coconut milk over medium heat add the corn starch mixture and stir until combined. Continue cooking on low heat, whisking occasionally for 5 to 10 minutes. Take away from the heat and cool until just warm to touch. Add in probiotic capsules and maple syrup, stir until well combined.
Pour the yogurt mixture into the sterilized jar and close with a lid. Place in a warm place and leave there for 24 hours. Chill in the fridge before serving.
Serve yogurt with homemade granola and fresh fruit and berries. Enjoy!
