Raspberry Coconut Porridge

This creamy porridge bowl is a perfect breakfast at home option and will give you long-lasting energy for the day.

  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • 250 ml almond milk or water
  • 100 grams porridge oats
  • sugar, to taste (optional)
  • 1 cup raspberries, fresh or frozen
  • fresh fruit and berries of your choice, for serving


  1. In a sauce pan combine coconut milk and almond milk together, bring to a boil. Add in sugar, if using, and oats. Simmer for 5 minutes, then take away from the heat, cover with a lid and let it sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, place raspberries and 1/4 cup of warm water into a blender and pulse until smooth. Serve porridge warm, topped with blended raspberry mixture and more fresh fruit and berries. Enjoy!
