Vegan Fluffy Chocolate Banana Pancakes

The fluffiest vegan pancakes ever. Made with whole meal flour and coconut milk you won`t believe they`re just 241 calories per serving.

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 tablespoon coconut sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
  • 1 cup coconut milk or any plant based milk of your choice
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 tablespoon organic cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup whole meal flour
  • smooth peanut butter, for serving
  • chocolate topping, for serving
  • cacao nibs, for serving
  • banana slices, for serving


  1. In a mixing bowl mash banana with sugar together. Add in vanilla and milk, mix until well combined. Add in baking powder, cacao powder and flour. Mix until combined and no lumps remain.
  2. Drop about 2 tablespoons of the batter onto the pan over medium heat. When bubbles pop, flip the pancake over. Cook for another couple of minutes. Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve warm with peanut butter, chocolate, cacao nibs and banana slices. Enjoy immediately!
