Broccoli and Artichoke Fritters

Delicious broccoli and artichoke fritters with tahini dressing. So easy to make and just perfect for lunch or dinner.

Yields: 2-4


  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 6 tablespoons water
  • 1 medium broccoli head, cut into florets
  • 150 grams marinated artichoke hearts, you can buy them from deli section at the supermarket
  • small bunch fresh parsley, finally chopped
  • 3 tablespoons chickpea flour
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Mix chia seeds and water together in a small bowl and let it sit for 10 - 15 minutes until the mixture becomes gel.
  2. Ada chia seed mixture and all the rest of the ingredients into a food processor and pulse until well combined. Heat olive oil in a frying pan over low heat. Form fritters with your hands and fry for about 3 minutes on both sides until golden brown. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Additional Info

I served my fritters with fresh baby spinach leaves and tahini dressing.
