Golden roasted cauliflower makes a perfect side dish or lunch full of fiber, antioxidants and vitamins.

1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon turmeric
1 teaspoon coriander
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
salt and pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh coriander, for serving
Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper. Toss cauliflower florets with oil and spices until evenly coated. Arrange the florets on the prepared baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve garnished with fresh coriander and enjoy!
