Turmeric Roasted Cauliflower

Golden roasted cauliflower makes a perfect side dish or lunch full of fiber, antioxidants and vitamins.

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon coriander
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh coriander, for serving


  1. Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper. Toss cauliflower florets with oil and spices until evenly coated. Arrange the florets on the prepared baking tray and bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve garnished with fresh coriander and enjoy!
