Broccoli Pasta with Spinach Pesto

Healthy lunch or dinner in under 20 minutes.

  • 1 pack pasta of your choice
  • 1 broccoli head, cut into florets
  • For the Spinach Pesto:
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1/4 cup parsley
  • 1/2 cup pine nuts
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasonings
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil


  1. Cook broccoli in plenty of salted boiling water until tender. Cook pasta according to the package directions.
  2. Make the pesto. Add all the ingredients into a blender and pulse until creamy and smooth. Drain pasta and place in a bowl, add broccoli and toss to combine. Stir in spinach pesto, serve immediately and enjoy.
