  • 1 pack fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup green peas
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 300 ml coconut milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • salt and pepper, to taste


  1. Cook fettuccini according to the package directions. Drain and set aside. Make the sauce. Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan. Sift flour, stir to combine. Constantly stirring slowly pour in milk. Continue stirring until the sauce slightly thickens and no lumps remain. Stir in nutmeg and season to taste. Add in pasta and peas, stir well to combine. Serve warm and enjoy!
