My name is Luba Pavia and I’m the creator behind Cook Vegetarian.
I live in Adelaide, South Australia but was born in Moscow, Russia. I became vegetarian in 2012 and when I moved to Australia in 2015, I began to take pictures and share what I eat as a vegetarian showcasing my passion for cooking, food and photography.
I have created and published 3 recipe cook books. In 2020 I became a plant-based nutritionist and also received a Food & Sustainability certificate.
I love spending my free time going for beach walks and cuddling my two adorable cats.
My goal is to help and to show others how a vegetarian diet can be healthy and delicious at the same time, without sacrificing taste or hurting animals.

Hi there, what kind of tomato sauce does this recipe call for? Canned tomatoes, marinara sauce, or ketchup?

I used Napoletana sauce for this recipe. You can also use canned tomatoes or marinara sauce.
