Ingredients
200 grams cooked chickpeas
1 teaspoon cumin seeds
2 tablespoons chickpea flour
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 onion, finely chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
5 tablespoons olive oil
salt and pepper, to taste
Method
Preheat oven to 180°C and line baking tray with parchment paper.
Place all the ingredients into a blender and process until smooth. Add more flour or oil if needed. Form the mixture into balls and arrange on the baking tray. Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown. Enjoy!
