  • 2 avocados, mashed
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped spring onions
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili or to taste
  • salt, to taste
  • 1 pack corn tortilla strips
  • 1 cup vegan sour cream
  • fresh coriander, for garnishing


  1. In a mixing bowl combine mashed avocado, diced tomatoes, onions and spices. Arrange tortilla strips on the serving platter. Top with mashed avocado mixture and sour cream. Garnish with fresh coriander. Dig in and enjoy right away.
