Easy Veggie Pizza Bagels

Don`t have time to make pizza dough, no problem. Try this super quick and easy recipe for veggie pizza bagels. Feel free to add any toppings of your choice and have fun.

Ingredients

  • 4 bagels, split
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce or pizza base sauce
  • 1 cup fried mushrooms
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • grated cheese

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C and spray a baking tray with oil. Spread cut sides of the beagles with tomato sauce and arrange on the prepared baking tray. Add the rest of the toppings and sprinkle with cheese.
  2. Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown and the cheese has melted. Serve warm and enjoy!
