Healthy Baked Carrot Chips

  • 5 medium carrots
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasonings
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • cayenne pepper and salt, to taste


  1. Preheat oven to 180°C and line baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Cut carrots into fries shape. Toss with vegetable oil, sweet paprika, Italian seasonings, rosemary and cayenne pepper. Arrange on the baking tray and bake for 30-35 mins, turning halfway.
  3. Serve with mashed avocado and hummus.
