A pizza that`s ready in 10 minutes, low in carbs and super delicious. Simply a recipe worth trying. You can add any of your favourute pizza toppings. I used baby spinach, cherry tomatoes, dairy-free cheese, fresh coriander and hemp seeds.
For this recipe you can also use 1 egg and 2 tablespoons of whole-meal flour, instead of chickpea flour and water.

Wonderful pizza. Great use of zucchini. Put sweet onion, cherry tomatoes, Gouda cheese. And spinach. Delicious Thank you.
