Spicy Moroccan BBQ Corn

  • 4 corns
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt


  1. Preheat BBQ to medium heat. Rub corns with oil and spices. Place on a BBQ and grill for about 15 minutes or until soft and cooked through. Serve warm with hummus and green chili peppers. Enjoy!
