Veggie and Hummus Platter

  • 1 can chickpeas, drained
  • 2 tablespoons tahini paste
  • 1 glove garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil


  1. Place chickpeas, tahini, garlic, lemon juice in a blender. Process until smooth and creamy. Adjust seasonings to taste. Add oil and pulse again until mixture comes together.


Add 1 small cooked beetroot for that pink one. So yummy! Enjoy.
