Banana Oat Bars with Chocolate Peanut Butter

This is a truly guilt-free and healthy recipe to satisfy your sweet cravings. Soft and crumbly oat banana bars topped with smooth chocolate peanut butter.

  • For the Base:
  • 1 large banana
  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup cashews
  • 2 tablespoons rice syrup
  • 1/2 cup almond meal
  • For the Top Layer:
  • 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder


  1. Place all the base ingredients into a food processor. Pulse until the mixture comes together and resembles thick paste, you can add one or two tablespoons of melted coconut oil, if needed. Transfer the mixture into a square baking tin lined with parchment paper pressing firmly over the base.
  2. Place all the top layer ingredients into a blender. Pulse until creamy and smooth. Poor over the base and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving. Enjoy!
