2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons cacao powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup raw brown sugar
1/2 cup olive oil
2 ripe mashed bananas
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
1/2 cup sliced bananas, for serving
1/4 cup melted chocolate, for serving
1 tablespoon cacao nibs, for serving
Preheat oven to 180°C, grease and flour a baking tin. Sift flour, cacao powder, baking powder and baking soda into a bowl, set aside. Using an electric mixer beat oil and sugar together. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Beat in mashed bananas, yogurt and vanilla. Add in dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
Pour batter into the prepared tin. Bake for 45 to 60 minutes until golden brown and tooth pick inserted in center comes out clean. Serve with sliced bananas, melted chocolate and cacao nibs. Enjoy!
