Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Biscuits

These chocolaty and smooth vegan biscuits packed with protein will be absolutely loved by all, kids and adults. Each biscuit contains 7 grams of protein.

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 4 tablespoons cacao powder
  • 3 tablespoons coconut sugar
  • pinch of salt
  • 2 tablespoons hemp protein powder
  • 1/2 cup oat milk
  • 1/2 cup melted coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup smooth American style peanut butter


  1. Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with parchment paper. In a mixing bowl combine flour, cacao powder, protein powder, sugar, salt and baking powder. Add in milk, coconut oil and maple syrup. Mix until well combined and soft dough forms.
  2. Roll tablespoon sized balls of the dough and place them on the prepared baking tray, slightly flatten them with your palm. Bake for 10 minutes. Take out from the oven and let cool on a wire rack for 15 minutes.
  3. Place the peanut butter in a microwave for 30 seconds or until runny. Drizzle the biscuits with peanut butter on top. Enjoy!
