Preheat oven to 180°C. Lightly grease a non-stick muffin pan.
In a medium bowl combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. In a separate bowl using hand mixer beat milk, melted butter, mashed bananas, chia seeds and water. Add in dry ingredients. Let the batter sit for 10 minutes.
Fill muffin tins ¾ full with the mixture. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until muffins spring back when lightly tapped. Enjoy!
