Fast and Easy Chocolate Banana Brownies

This is a super fast chocolate brownie recipe with minimum ingredients and maximum taste. These brownies will be so chewy and gooey you will not resist to have another piece.

  • 2 mashed bananas
  • 1/2 cup raw brown sugar
  • 140 g butter, melted
  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup cacao latte powder or cacao powder
  • pinch of salt
  • about 9 tablespoons of almond butter


  1. Preheat oven to 180°C and line a square baking tin with parchment paper. In a bowl combine mashed banana, sugar and melted butter. Sift in flour and cacao, add in a pinch of salt and mix until combined.
  2. Transfer the batter into the prepared baking tin. Spoon tablespoons of the almond spread on top and using a knife create swirls through the batter. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Let cool in the baking tin for 10 minutes, before removing. Slice and enjoy!
