Ferrero Rocher Cookie Dough Bites

Celebrate World Chocolate Day in a healthy way with these super delicious Ferrero Rocher Cookie Dough Bites. Made with chickpeas and dairy-free chocolate these bites will be loved by kids and adults.

  • 1 1/2 cups cooked or canned chickpeas
  • 1/3 cup peanut butter
  • 1/3 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free white choc chips
  • 200 g dairy-free chocolate, melted
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped peanuts


  1. Add chickpeas, peanut butter, flour and maple syrup into a food processor and pulse until smooth. Scrap down the sides and add in choc chips. Pulse again until just combined.
  2. Roll into balls, about 1 tablespoon of dough per ball. Insert popsicle stick into each ball. Freeze balls for 15 minutes.
  3. Combine melted chocolate and peanuts in a bowl or a jar. Dip each ball into melted chocolate letting excess chocolate to drip off and allowing chocolate to set.
  4. You can remove the stick after dipping like I did, if desired. Enjoy straight away or keep refrigerated for up to 1 week.
