Mango & Coconut Pops

  • 2 medium mangoes, cut into chunks
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1-2 tablespoons coconut sugar
  • 2 tablespoons dairy-free yogurt or any yogurt of your choice


  1. Place mango chunks into a blender and pulse until smooth. Pour mango mixture into each popsicle mold about half way through.
  2. Place coconut milk, sugar and yogurt in a blender and pulse until smooth. Pour coconut mixture into molds until liquid reaches the top of the mold. Freeze for at least 4 hours to fully set and enjoy.
