Preheat oven to 180°C and grease 6 Grease 6 ramekins or a small pudding bowls.
In a mixing bowl using hand electric mixer beat melted butter and sugar together for about 1 minute. Beat in olive oil, milk and orange zest, if using. In a separate bowl combine flour, baking powder and cacao powder. Fold dry ingredients into the batter and mix until just combined.
Place about 2 tablespoons of the batter into each pudding bowl. Top with 1 tablespoon of the caramel, following 2 tablespoons of the batter and place on the oven tray. Bake for 15-20 minutes until risen and almost set. Serve immediately and enjoy!
