No Bake Chocolate and Pistachio Slice

Try my perfect no bake chocolate treat that super easy to make and it will just melt in your mouth. You can substitute this recipe and use any chocolate of your choice.

This recipe contains dairy. Use dairy-free chocolate and butter if vegan.

  • 100 g mint dark chocolate, roughly chopped
  • 150 g salted caramel dark chocolate, roughly chopped
  • 100 g unsalted butter room temperature, cut into cubes
  • 100 g raisins, soaked in warm water for 15 mins
  • 70 g maple or golden syrup
  • 150 g oat sugar free biscuits, roughly chopped
  • 100 g pistachios, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon desiccated coconut


  1. Line a square baking tin with parchment paper and set aside. Place a glass heatproof bowl over a pot with simmering water. Add in both chocolates and butter. Stir occasionally until melted completely and smooth.
  2. Drain raisins and add into the melted chocolate with maple/golden syrup, biscuits and pistachios. Mix everything until combined and transfer into the prepared baking tin. Smooth the top and sprinkle with coconut. Leave to cool down for 10 minutes and place in the fridge for 3 hours until completely set. Cut into bars, serve and enjoy!
