No Bake Raspberry Energy Balls

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup cups almond flour
  • ⅓ cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/4 cup chopped dates
  • ½ cup defrosted and crushed frozen raspberries
  • 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil


  1. Add everything to a food processor and pulse for 2-3 minutes until the mixture comes together and forms a sticky paste. Roll about 2 tablespoons of the mixture into balls. Roll in extra desiccated coconut to coat. Refrigerate for 30 minutes and enjoy.
