Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries
  • 3 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 tablespoon desiccated coconut
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon beauty blend powder + more for rolling
  • 2 tablespoons desiccated coconut, for rolling

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients into a food processor. Pulse for 2-3 minutes until the mixture comes together and forms a sticky paste, adding more melted coconut oil if needed.
  2. Roll about 2 tablespoons of the mixture into balls. Roll in additional beauty powder and desiccated coconut to coat. Refrigerate for 30 minutes and enjoy.
