Raspberry Mango Nice Cream

  • 1 large mango
  • 1 large mango
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cup rice syrup
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil


  1. Place all the ingredients in a blender or ice cream maker and pulse until creamy and smooth. Pour into a loaf pan a freeze for at lest 3 hours or overnight. Enjoy.
