Raw Vegan Chocolate and Caramel Fudge

  • For the Fudge:
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/4-1/2 cup cacao powder
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla bean paste
  • 2 tablespoons smooth peanut butter
  • pinch of salt
  • For the Caramel:
  • 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup rice or maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon raw brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup coconut milk


  1. Make the fudge. Place all the ingredients into a food processor or blender and process until smooth and creamy. Line a small baking dish with parchment paper and spread the fudge mixture at the bottom. Place in a freezer while making the caramel.
  2. In a pot combine all the caramel ingredients over medium heat, simmer for about 5 minutes, constantly stirring, until the mixture thickens. Take the pot away from the heat and let the caramel cool. Once the fudge has set, pour the caramel over and place in the fridge to set for at least one hour or overnight. Cut into slices, serve and enjoy!
