Strawberry Raspberry Nice Cream Slices

  • 1 cup strawberries
  • 1 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 1/4 cup tahini paste
  • 1 tablespoon rice syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract


  1. Add all the ingredients into a blender and pulse until creamy and smooth. Pour into small square cake tin lined with parchment paper. Place in a freezer for at least 3 hours or overnight. Once set, cut into small bars, serve and enjoy immediately.
