Vegan Banana Cheesecake Bliss Balls

No-bake cheesecake bliss balls. Made with banana, coconut cream and peanut butter, these balls will make a great energy booster and a perfect sweet snack on the go.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 4 Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon coconut flakes
  • 1/2 cup granola, for coating

Method

  1. Add all the ingredients except for the granola into a food processor and pulse for 2-3 minutes until the mixture comes together and forms a sticky paste. Add more coconut flour if needed. Place the mixture in the fridge for 30 minutes. Roll about 2 tablespoons of the mixture into 12 balls. Roll in granola to coat. Serve and enjoy right away or transfer to an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to 1 month.
