Vegan Ginger Bread Bliss Balls

Delicious sweet Christmas treat that everyone will love, including kids. Soft and chewy with a taste of gingerbread cookies, but healthy and no baking needed!

  • 1 cup almonds
  • 3/4 cup rolled oats
  • 1 cup pitted dates
  • 2 tablespoons rice syrup
  • 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon molasses
  • 2 teaspoons ground ginger
  • 1 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon desiccated coconut + more for rolling


  1. Add everything to a food processor and pulse for 2-3 minutes until the mixture comes together and forms a sticky paste. Roll about 2 tablespoons of the mixture into balls. Roll in desiccated coconut to coat. Refrigerate for 30 minutes and enjoy.
